Currently Christopher serves as Development & Operations Associate of Academy Award winner Jamie Fox's - Foxhole Entertainment where his main focus is to evaluate, strategize and assist with the development of projects and business operations for the day-to-day management of various film, television, music and new-media projects being developed under the Jamie Fox/ Foxhole Entertainment banner. He is also a senior advisor of international productions at he independent Ace Studios located in mainland China who recently produced Jean Claude Van Damme's new action movie, Pound of Flesh. Christopher most recently partnered with Congressman Shin Jangyong who is currently running for governor in Korea to launch a new premium cable network DoxTV HanYang covering over 80 million households in China. He has also recently received a special “Recognition Award” at he International Emmys in China for decades of work in film and television bringing the East and West together in producing content for a global audience.

It was some of these very accomplishments that landed him a reoccurring role on celebrated Emmy Award- Wining Producer George Schlater’s syndicated TV Series, “George Schlater’s Comedy Club.” This 30 minute program was George Schlater’s (Creator of the groundbreaking, Emmy Award-Wining/Golden Globes Award-Wining sketch comedy TV Series “Laugh-In”) return to series TV and featured some of the finest up and coming stand-up comedians and performers. On any given night you could se the likes of George Lopez, Rita Rudner, Steve Oedekerk, and even the legendary “one-line master” Heny Youngman.

While overseas in Europe and Asia, Chris produced the Pandemonium show World Tour. This show has often ben described as an eclectic brand of moveable, cinematic art whose concepts were well ahead of their time (similarities to present day Cirque Du Soleil). In addition, he wrote, directed and produced several independent movies in Switzerland, France, Chile, Germany, Korea and China. A published author, Christopher co-wrote Magic For Dummies (of the hugely successful “For Dummies” franchise) with David Pogue. He has also earned a spot in the Castle Hall of Fame as a Magician.

Upon his return to the United States, Chris formed Opti-Mystic Productions, an entertainment production company specializing in his brand of cinematic, cutting edge effects. He has produced and designed the Live Award Show performances of some of today’s hottest acts in music. This includes the likes of Busta Rhymes at he 16th Annual Soul Train Music Awards, Aaliyah, Dru Hill, and the acclaimed 30th Annual American Music Awards performance of Missy Elliott. In addition, Christopher produced and designed the special effects for Grammy Award-Winner Diddy on his No Way Out Concert Tour, Grammy Award- Winner Usher’s “Budweiser Fest” performance, as well as a TV Special featuring P. Diddy, Shaggy and Missy Elliott that was shot in Jamaica.

With the passion still firmly entrenched, Christopher has made a triumphant return to filmmaking. He produced and composed the feature film Tournament of Dreams (Starring Emmy Award-Winner/Golden Globe Award-Winner Debbie Allen, Certified Multi-Platinum Hip-Hop Recording Artist The Game, Olympic Gold Medalist Carl Lewis and Tony Todd), as well as produced and directed two documentary feature films entitled Live with Gladys Knight (A full aces music concert with exclusive behind the scenes footage and interviews with the legendary Grammy Award-Winner Gladys Knight), and The Real Life Coach Carter (The real life back story on the High-School Basketball Coach Ken Carter, that inspired the major motion picture and Samuel L. Jackson’s role of the same name ‘Coach Carter’). Christopher Broughton is a charismatic, artistic filmmaker who has literarily traveled around the entire globe perfecting his craft. A producer by trade, he is accomplished both behind and in front of the camera!
